Star Wars madness!

Against all logic and reason, Entertainment Weekly tracked down someone who hasn't seen any of the Star Wars films, old or new, and subjected him to them in narrative order. The results? Wacky!

You know, technically speaking, the Star Wars series isn't really "Hollywood" film-making. Lucas financed them out of his own pocket and I believe even resigned from the Directors' Guild over some quibble about putting the director's name credit at the end of the movie instead of the start... that's about as anti-Hollywood as it gets.

Yeah, Robert Rodriguez did the same thing before Sin City...and his batting averageis about the same as Lucas. Earlier movies done with spit and bailing wire, pretty damn cool and creative (El Mariachi and Desperado), later ones digital soup that's too kiddy (Spy Kids) or needlessly filled with graphic googahs (Sin City.)
