CBC tackles the funny pages

The comics page is taking a beating these days, thanks to reduced panel sizes and the prevalence of past-their-prime strips like Blondie and Garfield. But the Internet is turning the three panel strip upside down, with many comics skipping syndication altogether and going directly to their readers for financial support.
