by

For some reason, Edmonton (of all places) has spawned many anchors who now work in the States. There’s Leslie Miller, who is now down in Seattle. So is Ross McGlaughlin, who used to work at ITV (and hung around with some of my old Corus co-workers back in the day.) But the biggest success story is Dana Lewis. The guy went from anchoring the news in the E to reporting from Baghdad (albeit for the Network of Evil.) Kind of makes up for (but not really) the fact that most of my NAIT TV Production class isn’t in the industry anymore, myself included.

And speaking of Fox News, turns out Bill O’Reilly is a total perv. No real surprise there.
