Here’s what’s wrong with the CBC…

THe CBC has a lot going for it, including first rate news, great cutural programming and a radio network that can’t be beat. BUt where they continually fall flat on their faces is their misguided attempt to win over the youth demographic. Elaine Corden’s article in the Tyee succinctly describes the CBC’s folly, as does her explanation on her blog as to how it hurts as a loyal CBC fan to watch Mothercorp tie itself in ribbons chasing an audience that doesn’t actually want anything to do with it.
