I’ve been putting the paper

by

I’ve been putting the paper together myself for the past week, so I haven’t had a lot of time to post, but just thought I’d let all you fine cats know that CJSR is available online. It’s pretty sweet to be able to listen to “Clockwork Orange Juice” in the morning, no matter where I am.

In fact, if you have a Mac, pick up Audio Hijack. It’s a time shifting program for internet radio (or any audio you want to snag, actually), and it was well worth the $15 I shelled out for it (and we all know my feelings on PAYING for software.) I’ve got it programmed for 3 different CBC stations, BBC4, BBC World Service, NPR, CKUA, CJSR and Radio Netherlands.

Warren Frey is a journalist, freelance writer, podcaster, video producer, and all-around media consultant currently based in Vancouver, Canada. His written work has appeared in such publications as Metro Vancouver, the Westender, Mac | Life and the Japan Times.
