New York real estate takes a turn for the sullen

by

According to the NY Times, the language being used to describe real estate in New York has gone from exuberant to pretty damned morose. Dunno if that’s a harbinger of things to come in Canada, as NY has always been its own beast in terms of living space, but it’s still interesting. Cool illustration, too.
