But her is one; all the solders that where created by the machines where in battle fatigues, but Jenny was in form fitting latex or leather jeans, and a green t-shirt. Which I have no problem with. I think that the character of Jenny is the loop hole for what they are going to do when the Doctor comes to the end of his regeneration. Now we have a Female version of him running around the universe. I think that the character of Jenny is the loop hole for what they are going to do when the Doctor comes to the end of his regeneration. Now we have a Female version of him running around the universe.

Jenny was within her first 15 hours of her "Regeneration" so that she had enough residual cellular energy to fix her wound. Its also why they kept referencing the hand in the episode so that the viewers could remember it happening in The Chrismas Invasion. Thats why the effect was the same. Personally I kind of liked the fact that Jenny is alive and out there somewhere. Maybe Moffet suggested keeping her alive so he can use her later in another, more Moffet, story.
