Russell T. Davies is the driving force behind the new Doctor Who, due to hit British television screens (and the beloved torrent-o-sphere) at the end of the month. The Telegraph has an interesting look at RTD’s thoughts on making the show, his body of television work, and why he doesn’t pander to the fans.
