The all-encompassing virtual world of WoW

Stephen Levy, the author of Hackers, one of my favorite teenage reads, has an article in Newsweek about the wide-ranging appeal of World of Warcraft. Nothing a devotee to the game wouldn’t enjoy, but a fine read nonetheless.

Warren Frey is a journalist, freelance writer, podcaster, video producer, and all-around media consultant currently based in Vancouver, Canada. His written work has appeared in such publications as Metro Vancouver, the Westender, Mac | Life and the Japan Times.
