I am Steven says:

Try to not say that phrase now for the rest of the day after watching that. It’s unpossible. What are you doing there?

J.P. Samson says:

That’s INSANE! Can you imagine going through the entire run of Doctor Who trying to find that phrase? I think we have a new challenge for Steven here!

I Am Steven says:

Thank God someone else already did it……..

jabberwocky says:

which challenge? the one where he is not suppose to say it or one where he has to go looking for that line?
It also makes me wonder if there is another line like it that keeps getting used in DW.

J.P. Samson says:

I was thinking along the lines of another common phrase:
“Doctor, who are you?”

Failing that, I suppose Steven could look for any missed “What are you doing here”‘s.

I Am Steven says:

Nah. The republic will stand if I don’t double check that.

Recently, though, I’ve been wondering : how many times has the actual, complete story title been said during an episode? In “The Daleks”, at least twice. “Four To Doomsday”, not so much.

jabberwocky says:

well how about the line. “Left here…”

I Am Steven says:

Chris would know about that one better than I, I think.

Josh Zimon says:

This kicks ass Warren. It’s just as good as the Tom Baker “What?” compilation the BBC did or the “Reverse the polarity of the neutron flow” one. Best one was from Image of the Fendahl – “What are you doing here…….Thea”. That’s a story you need to re-view as an adult. It’s a good one.
