Here's an account from some guy who had dinner at Bill Gates' house. The Bill's place sounds pretty cool, though that's not particularly surprising seeing as how he's the richest guy in the world and can afford to have libraries with Da Vinci sketches and whatnot. That, by the way, is the one part that makes me insanely jealous. If I was a zillionaire I'd probably have me the Best Library Ever.
If his place reflected the quality of his software, random, filthy bums would have shown up during the dinner and propositioned the guests for Nigerian scams, and various rooms in the house would randomly spontaneously combust. But I guess that's too much to hope for.
