Radio Free Skaro #11 is out!

Our 11th episode, a review of "Cyber-Woman," the unimaginatively named but nonetheless quite decent episode of Torchwood featuring a sexy cyberlady smashing things and generally causing strife and havoc. We also once again veer wildly off course, discussing my night job taking pictures of celebrities, the weather, Monty Python, and a plethora of other trivia, some of it even Who-related. Steven also relays how he'll be spending his Novermber 23rd, the 43rd anniversary of Classic Who. (Hint: it will be somewhat nerdy.) (feed, web, direct download)

Wow, the tradition Steven has is indeed admirable, beginning playback at the precise second of the first airing in 1963. Good on you for that one, it's definitely showing your allegiance to the show. =)

What I'd emailed Warren about was a direct link for the SWF file on the Torchwood site so one could bypass the regional restriction. Head over to http://www.bbc.co.uk/torchwood/holder.swf and you have unfettered access to the content. As I pointed out, there's not much there for content that isn't also available via Declassified or other sources.

Good show guys, even if I didn't share the opinion for Cyberwoman. =)

I think the 8-year-old from Guildford was threatening to sue us for stealing his artwork.

Yeah, I basically lifted that from the BBC site. I'm not completely guilt-free, since I'm using the theme, but it's a fan show, the BBC probably isn't likely to crack down on us. But I also figured we might as well get our mugs in there somewhere.

Crap. Between the time I posted the link for that Torchwood material and today, the BBC has again shut off access. Hopefully people got in while they could.
