An anthrolopological introduction to YouTube

An interesting breakdown of the content, people and weirdness of YouTube. Haven’t watched all of it yet, but I hope the lecturer gets into the rank stupidity of most of the commenters.

Wow. I’m still watching, and it’s incredible. He’s the professor that made that “The Machine is Us/ing Us” video.

Both videos are brilliant, and recommended watching for anyone who’s ever asked “what’s with this online video thing?”
